Governance

This repository contains governance documentation and information:

GOVERNANCE.md contains the governance bylaws for the technical steering committee (TSC).
CONTRIBUTING.md is a guide to contributing to Lexicon Community.
COVENANT.md is the contributor covenant and code of conduct.

Governance Discussions is used for announcements, technical steering committee activity, and governance discussions.
